JBK Pottery Ceramic Pot Watcher
JBK Pottery Ceramic Pot Watcher — flagged: US price and rating were not confirmed in our research. (A similar item, Stonewall Kitchen’s Pot Minder, is $4.95; Tim Dixon’s guide lists the Pot Watcher at about £20.)
A small ceramic disc that rattles when a pot reaches a boil — a boil-over warning that works entirely by sound. The blind-shopper angle: stocking-sized, fun, cheap, and useful in any kitchen; it could just as easily sit on the kitchen shelf above.
